Help
Setting up a workgroup is the first step in the J Assessment. Each Work Group has
a leader that guides fellow work group members and manages work group progress.
- Enter your information in the fields below to create a work group and become the
work group leader.
- Select an assessment chapter from the drop down list that contains JCAHO standard
chapters.
- Enter a date in the mm/dd/yyyy format or click on the calendar icon to select a
date. This date indicates the expected completion date of the assessment by your
work group.
- Click on the Set Up button near the bottom of the page
